Our villa is in the Maras area of Dalyan, 2 minutes away from the main street.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a very large and modernly furnished kitchen and living room. 1 Bedroom o the ground floor with ensuite bathroom. Kitchen equipment; It consists of a gas stove/electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Smaller appliances are kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster. Plates and cutlery are available depending on the capacity of the villa. There is a toilet on this floor for the use of guests.

Upstairs
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, make-up table and en suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds, a nightstand, a wardrobe, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.

Garden,Patio,Pool

You will find your own private swimming pool in the garden at the front of the villa. Access to the pool is via its own tiled steps and there is a small children’s pool where you can watch the little ones from the shaded terrace.

The shaded terrace also has chrome fencing that ensures safety around the pool. A barbecue is also built on the terrace for your convenience in preparing these dishes for your outdoor dining events.

The gardens are covered with grass, providing extra space to lounge on your sun loungers and relax while sunbathing. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas for the capacity of the villa.
