Welcome to Villa Egem, a stylish and comfortable holiday home located in Dalyan’s new market area. Just a 10-minute walk brings you into the town centre, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Dalyan River. For larger groups, Villa Egem can be booked together with its twin Villa Ergül, offering two identical villas side by side.

The garden and pool area are designed for relaxation and fun. The main pool (1.50m depth) comes with a separate children’s splash pool, perfect for families with little ones. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, parasols, a swing chair, and a poolside shower. There is also a built-in BBQ with a sink and preparation space, ideal for outdoor meals.
